Studio Productions Built with Practical Sets or Green Screen
A studio gives the production team control over lighting, sound and the background, but it does not force every project into the same visual style. It can become a living room, a real-estate office, a snow-covered mountain range or an ancient Egyptian palace created after a green-screen shoot. In these projects, the studio setup and filming approach were chosen around the job each commercial needed to perform.
Rashof Honey — Khalid Al Zaaq and Majed Abdullah in a Winter World Built in the Studio
The winter campaign needed to turn a promotional offer from on-screen numbers into a visual situation viewers could remember. Climate and weather expert Khalid Al Zaaq and football legend Majed Abdullah were filmed on green screen in winter clothing and equipment, then placed through visual effects on mountain peaks filled with snow, mist and wind. The treatment used Al Zaaq’s natural association with weather and Majed Abdullah’s familiar presence to create light dialogue about cold, warmth and honey instead of relying on a direct offer announcement.
The execution used short vertical scenes, varied character combinations and consistent branding inside one winter environment. This allowed a controlled studio space to become a coherent setting for an entire series without moving the cast and crew to a real snow location.
Verified deliverables: One green-screen filming day in Jump’s Riyadh studio, a campaign of up to ten short commercials of up to 15 seconds each, winter props, editing, music and visual effects.
B1 Care — The Pharaohs Travel 3,000 Years to End the Era of the Razor
B1 Care needed to present its grooming machine as a modern alternative to the razor without falling into a conventional technical explanation. The campaign used a simple repeatable premise: pharaohs travel 3,000 years to tell razor users that its era is over. The idea expanded into sketches set in a palace, a pharaonic barbering school, a museum, an ancient council and time portals, allowing the product to appear in inscriptions, dialogue and comic confrontations.
Abu Khali, Al Kahli, Al Ostora and Azoz Wow were filmed against green screen in Jump’s studio. Ancient Egyptian halls, statues, columns, inscriptions, lighting and atmospheric effects were then built in post-production. Costumes and creator-led comedy kept the campaign connected to a social audience, while one visual world supported several different situations.
Verified deliverables: A short-form series developed from 13 written treatments, a compiled campaign film and a behind-the-scenes video showing the transformation from green screen to the final ancient Egyptian environments.

Perfum.Co — Turning Fragrance into an Image Viewers Can Feel
Viewers cannot smell a fragrance through a screen, so the challenge was to translate notes, longevity, presence and price into fast visual cues. Close shots of the bottle and spray, lighting that shifts between freshness and warmth, and a creator speaking in the language of social platforms gave the films a sensory quality. Different products were presented while keeping the price promise and guarantee clear, helping viewers understand the distinction between fragrances without turning the content into a list of specifications.
Verified deliverables: One studio day, one creator, and four videos for TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts and Instagram in vertical and horizontal formats.
Ard App — Three Sketches that Simplify the Search for Land
The app needed to show its value to sellers, buyers and brokers while breaking away from the image of paper plans and exhausting field searches. The series introduced “Abu Faisal, the sheikh of digital real estate,” a character who challenges old methods with humour before showing how users can view a plot’s location, boundaries, area and nearby services on a digital map. Building a real-estate office inside the studio kept the scenes consistent and gave the team control over dialogue, comedy and continuity across the series.
Verified deliverables: One filming day in Jump’s studio, three cast members and up to three final videos.
CARZ — Fayez Al-Malki Builds Trust in Buying and Selling Cars Online
The problem was not simply to tell people that another car platform existed. The work needed to address concerns about inspection, payment, auctions and transfer of ownership. The campaign was structured as a dialogue-led series: the character “Shareet Bin Mubti” represented old assumptions and doubt, while actor Fayez Al-Malki appeared as “Abu Rakan” in another film to explain the solution in a familiar, credible voice. Each story placed a CARZ service directly against an objection: vehicle inspection and reporting, a reserve auction price, secure payment, transfer of ownership and delivery.
A living-room set kept the scenes simple and allowed dialogue and performance to carry the message, supported by app screens and direct download calls to action.
Verified deliverables: One filming day in Jump’s studio without green screen, up to three final videos, with Fayez Al-Malki appearing in one film.
Nihal Al Tayeb — A Teaser Series Selling the Story of Oud
The brand needed to present high-value natural oud in a way that created curiosity and explained differences in source, scent and longevity. The treatment opened with a teaser about a box and what it contained, then moved into the idea that every piece of oud has a story, origin and experience. Details of the box, oud and incense burner, together with cast reactions, made the product the centre of the image and encouraged viewers to continue through the series and request the product.
Verified deliverables: A studio video series combining teasers, explanation and product presentation.
Faisal Al Dayel — Celebrating a Fragrance that Became Part of Its Audience’s Memory
To mark nine years of “Al Akhdar 1983,” the scripts focused on memory, trust and personal identity rather than fragrance notes alone. The project combined filming at the client’s factory with green-screen performances in Jump’s studio. Visual effects and changing backgrounds created worlds associated with travel, personal moments and elegance. This approach produced short films with one unifying idea while giving each character a different way to express their relationship with the fragrance.
Verified deliverables: One day at the factory and one green-screen day in Jump’s studio, two cast members, visual effects and up to three final cuts.
Bank Albilad Travel Pass — Global Destinations Inside One Studio
The objective was to make the value of collecting miles feel real before explaining the card. The script begins with a mysterious suitcase leading to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, a Tanzanian safari, snow in Norway and cherry blossoms in Japan. Green screen and changing backgrounds transformed one studio into multiple destinations before revealing that the Travel Pass card—and every purchase that earns miles—brings viewers closer to the trip of a lifetime.
Verified treatment: Green-screen studio filming with multiple backgrounds and visual effects.
When Is a Studio Better Than Filming on Location?
The light does not move with the sun, location noise does not interrupt the sound, and the same setup can stay in place for multiple episodes or speakers. This makes the studio ideal for recurring content and projects that need visual consistency.
Green Screen Filming: How Do We Build a Clean Composite?
We calculate the distance between the subject and background, distribute the light evenly, and review wardrobe, reflective surfaces and camera movement. These decisions give the compositing team clean edges and a more realistic result.
What Does a Studio Booking Include?
A small product shoot does not require the same setup as a multi-camera interview or a performance scene. Before booking, we define movement space, sound, lenses, background and power, then build the quote around the actual need.
Book the Space Alone — or Add Equipment, Crew and Editing
The studio can be provided with its core setup, or expanded with a camera operator, sound engineer, lighting crew, director and production team. For full projects, we can also handle the script, editing, graphics and delivery.
Send us the type of shoot and number of hours, and we will prepare the right booking option.
Studio Production Formats
A controlled studio gives the production team consistency over light, sound, set design and schedule. It can be used as a finished practical environment or as the foundation for a chroma composite built in post-production.
Interviews and Presenter-Led Content
Controlled sound and repeatable lighting for leadership messages, interviews, training and educational series.
Product and Tabletop Filming
Precise lighting, close-up detail and repeatable camera movement for products, food, fragrance and demonstrations.
Commercial Sketches and Performance
Practical sets or simple environments built around dialogue, comedy, talent and campaign storytelling.
Green Screen and Virtual Environments
Talent or products filmed for clean extraction, then placed inside designed locations, impossible worlds or branded visual systems.
How We Plan a Studio or Chroma Shoot
We confirm the frame, lens, camera movement, lighting direction and final background before filming. For chroma, we also plan subject separation, spill control, tracking references, reflections and any objects the talent must interact with. This connects production decisions to the final composite and reduces avoidable post-production fixes.
Studio and Green Screen FAQ
Can we book the studio without a full production package?
Yes. The space can be booked on its own, or combined with equipment, crew, set support and post-production according to the project.
What information is needed for a studio quote?
Share the dates, number of hours or days, crew size, set or chroma requirements, sound needs, equipment list and expected deliverables.
When is green screen better than a practical set?
It is useful when the film needs several locations, a designed world, controlled continuity or an environment that would be difficult or expensive to build physically.
Can Jump handle the compositing after the shoot?
Yes. We can manage keying, clean-up, tracking, background design, compositing, colour and final delivery as one workflow.
